We collect personal information to allow us to send you updates and information on campaigns and to provide you with information about our organisation and activities.
For example, when you send an email to us or provide information over the phone, we may retain this in order to respond to your inquiry.
In collecting this information your details will be added to our mailing list, which is aimed at keeping you up to date with all the latest information on our campaign and actions.
We do not disclose personal information to any third parties except in circumstances where it is necessary in order to carry out campaign actions or where it is required by law. This may include, but is not limited to, providing details to mailing houses, printers and IT contractors.

Collection Statement for Newsletter Subscriptions / Action Forms NNC collects your personal information when you choose to participate in campaign activities such as subscribing to campaign updates, completing campaign actions through our website including emailing MP’s, signing petitions and contacting media outlets.  If you do not provide your personal information, you will not be able to subscribe to campaign updates, take action on the campaign website, or receive communications from us which may be of interest to you. 
2. Collection Statement for Donations NNC collects your personal information when you make a donation to support our work and/or interact with us in relation to your donation and our work from time to time. We collect this information so that we can process your donation, send you a tax invoice, and so that we can contact you in the future and keep you updated with all the latest information on our research and activities. If you do not provide your personal information, you may not be able to make a donation, receive a receipt or other communications from us.
3. Collection Statement for Volunteers and Advocates NNC collects your personal information when you volunteer to support our work. We collect this information so that we can process your application, send project information, and so that we can contact you in the future and keep you updated with all the latest information on our activities. If you do not provide your personal information, you may not be able to volunteer, receive any recognition or other communications from us.
4. Collection Statement for Room Hirers and Stallholders NNC collects your personal information when you apply to become a room hirer or stallholder. We collect this information so that we can process your application, manage your bookings, send you a tax invoice, and so that we can contact you in the future and keep you updated with all the latest information on our research and activities. If you do not provide your personal information, you may not be able to make an application, approve a booking or receive other communications from us. 
5. Collection Statement for Event Attendees NNC collects your personal information when you register for or attend an event. We collect this information so that we can manage your booking, let you know of any updates to your booking and any future events. If you do not provide your personal information, you may not be able to register for an event, receive a ticket or other communications from us.
6. Collection Statement for Enquirers NNC may collect your personal information when you contact us with a query, comment or feedback by email, or when you post on our social media pages or complete an action that we promote, from time to time. We collect this personal information for the purposes of responding to your query, comment or feedback, and for other purposes, as described above and in our privacy policy. If you chose not to provide your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with an appropriate response.
