About Us:
Community Strengthening Team is a Targeted Early Intervention program that encompasses activities aimed at facilitating great community cohesion, inclusion and well-being. The Community Strengthening activities we run, seek to maximise social engagement as well as provide social supports to ensure greater opportunities for both individuals and families within the community, as well as the community as a whole. |

About Us:
BHOS provides ongoing case management support to occupants of boarding houses who are at risk of homelessness or those who have just become homeless and are looking to move into a boarding house. Case management support is tailored to meet the needs of individual clients and the staff work from a person-centered, strengths-based approach. |
