Counselling
Free phone based counselling service open to anyone aged 18 or over. 

Newtown Neighbourhood Centre offers a free generalist counselling service during the following times: Monday: 9am-11am Wednesday: 9am-11am Thursday 12pm-3pm.

We will then be in touch with next available appointment time. Please note that our counsellors are volunteers, so might not always be available.

All appointments are phone based and generally go for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

The service is run by qualified counsellors experienced in areas such as trauma, drug and alcohol, relationship, men's behavioural change and general mental health issues.
