Newtown Neighbourhood Centre, with the support of Inner West Council, are proud to be hosting
four online events as part of Mental Health Month in October.
We are thrilled to be able to offer these activities, especially during the current lockdown,
when we are unable to see each other, and people may be feeling isolated and disconnected.
We are encouraging everyone to participate in our events and help to brighten and lift your spirits.
Click on the links below to register for one of fun activities!
We have also developed a 'Tips to Improve your Mental Health' flyer.
The PDF is available in English, Arabic, Croatian, Greek, Portuguese, Serbian and Vietnamese.
