Louisa McKay
BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

 Louisa loves living in the Inner West of Sydney and enjoys the diversity, culture and fabulous vibe of Newtown.

Her experience in the community sector spans over twenty years and she has a solid understanding of the social issues facing vulnerable children, families and communities in NSW. Her roles within the sector have included direct service delivery, project management, consultancy and senior management. Her passion is collaborative work that builds the capacity of communities to overcome complex social problems.
 
Louisa is currently the Executive Leader Community Services at YMCA NSW.  
 
Prior to that Louisa worked at FamS, the peak body for family services in NSW, where she played a key role in the establishment of Results Leadership Group (RLG) Australia.  Louisa has extensive experience in Results Based Accountability (RBA) as a methodology for ensuring a focus on real and measurable outcomes for communities.  She has presented at international and national conferences on this subject and provided consultation and coaching for organisations across Australia.
 
Louisa has qualifications in social science, early childhood, training and assessment and leadership.
