Please note that the Upper Limit of this list has increased from $250 per week to $350 per week.
This was done after careful consideration which included reference to the Department of Communities & Justice Rent Choice property affordability guidelines, as well as a desire to keep the list useful to people who are looking for private rentals and who may not have access to this information at its source – domain.com.au.
We acknowledge that the private rental market in the areas that this list covers are very competitive at the moment, and $350 may be out of many peoples’ price range. The list will still include properties that are $250 or less.
As always, we recommend that you search for this information directly on domain.com.au if you have access and capacity to do so.
