Hall and Stage
HIRING A ROOM
The Hall and Stage is fully air conditioned with plenty of natural lighting and a polished timber floor. It can accommodate groups of up to 150 people (however this is currently suspended due to COVID), and is well suited for meetings, dance classes, performances, and other community-style activities. NOTE: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this room is currently limited to 40 people. This change remains in force until further notice. Singing and dancing is also currently restricted due to NSW Government Health Orders (see below for further information).
The Hall has a large electronic screen and ceiling mounted data projector and speakers, perfect for movie screenings and presentations. Also available is a microphone, that can be hired on it's own, or as part of the AV package.
There are 150 chairs (currently reduced to 40 due to COVID-19 related restrictions), 17 trestle tables, and a whiteboard for your use. Facilities include a small kitchen with boiling water, microwave and fridge; separate toilets plus one unisex accessible toilet; and an accessible lift. Access via secure PIN code - no need to collect a key!
NOTE: There are currently Government restrictions relating to singing and dancing. Please see below:
- No more than 5 performers should sing indoors, with 1.5m between performers and 5m between performers and the audience. The audience should not participate in singing or chanting indoors.
- All singers should face forwards and not towards each other.
- Groups are limited to 20.
- Face masks are highly recommended.
- Partnered dancing can take place but please ensure 1.5m between coupled groups.

$50 per hour; 30% discount for Not for Profit Community Organisations (registered with the ACNC); 10% discount for 10+ bookings.
Audio Visual Equipment:
Full AV Package (Data Projector, Electronic Screen, Speakers and Microphone): $35 per day
Microphone and speakers only: $10 per day
Due to the equipment in the Hall, a bond of $400 payable for all bookings.
Public Liability insurance for $10M is required for all bookings. If you don't have your own, you may be eligible to be covered under ours, for an additional fee of $50 per event.
